BOSTON, MA - May 28, 2003The Boston E-Learning Association (BELA), a professional community for the e-learning industry, today announced its upcoming financial services industry panel event, "Investing in E-Learning." Scheduled to take place at the Newton Marriott Hotel on Thursday, June 19, 2003 from 5:30 - 8:00 p.m. EDT, the event will address both the strategic vision, as well as the tactics of implementing and managing advanced learning solutions in the financial services industry.
Moderated by Debra Gold, Management Development Facilitator at IBM, panelists at the event will include: Dennis DiMambro, Vice President, Putnam Investments; Camille Dulaney, Vice President, Fidelity Employer Services Company; Elizabeth Mannebach, Director of Learning, Prudential Financial; and, Jacqueline Sweeney, Vice President, FleetBoston.
"We are thrilled to have participation from four of our region's top financial services firms," said Allan Cole, executive director of BELA. "This panel event is a rare opportunity to hear executives from these firms speak openly about their real-world experiences. No doubt about it, this will be a fascinating discussion."
These senior executives will share their experience and expertise in improving employee performance with learning technology and will answer critical questions including: How are leaders in the financial services industry deploying e-learning in their organizations during these challenging economic times? Where are the biggest opportunities and challenges? What are their current and future priorities?
